Your privacy is important to FlexVantage Corporation (hereafter referred to as "FVC" or "the CORPORATION"). This statement discloses the information practices for FVC's Web site (hereafter referred to as "the SITE"), including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. As a general rule, you can visit FVC on the Internet without telling us who you are and without giving any personal information about yourself. There are times, however, when the CORPORATION or its partners may need information from you.

You may choose to give us personal information in a variety of situations. For example, you may want to give us information, such as your name, mailing address, and/or E-mail address, to correspond with you, to process a business inquiry or an order for product and/or services. You may provide your credit card details in order to purchase product and/or services from FVC. You may provide a summary and description of your education and work experiences in connection with a job opening at FVC for which you wish to be considered.

When making online financial transactions with the CORPORATION, all your personal information is protected. The CORPORATION contracts only with financial transaction service providers who use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard, for encrypting all your personal information, including your name, address, and credit card numbers.

FVC hereby informs you how such information will be used before the CORPORATION collects the information from you. If you inform the CORPORATION that you do not wish to be contacted beyond the fulfillment of your business requests, the CORPORATION will respect your wishes. If you provide FVC with personal information about someone else, such as your spouse or work colleague, the CORPORATION will assume that you have their permission to do so. FVC requires you to obtain formal permission from others prior to providing any of their information to the CORPORATION.

In fulfilling your request, FVC may share your information with others, for instance, FVC's business partners, financial institutions, shipping companies, postal or government authorities (for example, Customs authorities) involved in fulfillment. In connection with a transaction, FVC may also contact you as part of its customer satisfaction surveys or for market research purposes.

2.b. Marketing Use

The information you provide to the CORPORATION in certain parts of the SITE may also be used by the CORPORATION and selected third-parties for marketing and market research purposes. Such use of information, however, will not include personally identifiable information that you provide to the CORPORATION. If FVC wishes to use your personally identifiable information in its marketing materials for any reason, the CORPORATION will contact you with an opportunity to choose whether or not to have your information used in such manner.

2.c. Online Job Posting and Recruitment Activities

In connection with a job application or inquiry, whether advertised on the SITE or otherwise, you may provide the CORPORATION with information about yourself, such as a resume or curriculum vitae. FVC may use this information throughout the CORPORATION and its related entities for the purpose of employment consideration or fulfilling your inquiry. Except where you inform FVC not to, the CORPORATION will keep the information for future consideration.

2.d. Business Partners

If you represent a FVC business partner, the CORPORATION may use the information you provide on the SITE to administer and develop FVC's business relationship with you, the business partner you represent, and other FVC business partners in general. For instance, this may involve using your information to send you details of FVC business partner programs. It may also include sharing certain information with other business partners (subject to any confidentiality obligations that may exist) or FVC customers or prospects. In connection with a particular transaction or program, the CORPORATION may also contact you as part of its customer satisfaction surveys or for market research purposes.

2.e. Suppliers

If you represent a FVC supplier, the CORPORATION may use the information provided on the SITE in connection with entering into or performing a transaction with you. For example, this may include sharing information with other parts of FVC, the CORPORATION's Business Partners, customers, shipping companies, postal or government authorities, and/or financial institutions involved in fulfillment. It may also be used to administer and develop FVC's relationship with you, the supplier you represent, and/or other FVC suppliers in general.

2.f. Sale of Personal Information

The CORPORATION keeps all of your information confidential and will never sell your information to anyone.

If you participate in a FVC discussion forum or chat room, you should be aware that the information you provide there will be made broadly available to others, potentially inside and/or outside FVC, who have access to that discussion forum or chat room. Also, please be advised that individual forums and chat rooms may have additional rules and conditions of their own. Each participant's opinion on a forum or chat room is strictly his or her own individual opinion and should not be considered as a reflection of FVC's opinion.

In pursuit of its global business ambition, FVC's privacy practices are designed to provide protection for your personal information on global basis. The CORPORATION may share your personal information within FVC across political boarders where it does business. In such cases, despite some countries offering lower levels of legal protection for your information, FVC will still handle your information in the manner that is described herein.

FVC intends to protect your personal information and to maintain its quality. The CORPORATION continually implements appropriate measures and processes, such as using encryption technology when transmitting certain sensitive information, to help FVC keep your information secure and maintain its quality.

From time to time, FVC may supplement information you provide with information from other sources, such as information validating your address or other available information about businesses. This is to help FVC maintain accuracy of the collected information and to help the CORPORATION provide a better service.

In some cases, FVC uses suppliers to collect, use, analyze, and otherwise process information on its behalf. It is FVC's practice to require such suppliers to handle information in a manner consistent with FVC's policies.

Circumstances may arise where, whether for strategic or other business reasons, FVC decides to sell, buy, merge, or otherwise reorganize businesses globally or in certain geographical areas. Such a transaction may involve disclosure of your personal information to prospective or actual purchasers, or receiving your personal information from such parties. It is FVC's practice to seek appropriate protection for your information in these types of transactions.

FVC sometimes collects non-identifiable information from visits to the SITE to help the CORPORATION provide better customer service. For example, the CORPORATION keeps track of the domains from which people visit and measures visitor activity on the SITE. The CORPORATION does such Web site tracking in ways that keep the information non-identifiable. This information is also known as "clickstream data." FVC or others on behalf of FVC may use this data to analyze trends and statistics and to help the CORPORATION provide better customer service.

Additionally, when FVC collects personal data from you in a transaction, the CORPORATION may extract some information about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level to help FVC understand patterns and trends. This information is not reviewed at an individual level. If you do not want your transaction details used in this manner, you can disable your browser's cookies function.

FVC collects the above mentioned information through the use of various technologies, including one called "cookies". A cookie is a piece of data that a Web site can send to your browser, which may then be stored on your computer as an anonymous tag that identifies your computer but not you. Some FVC Web pages use cookies, sent by FVC or its third-party vendors, or other technologies to better serve you when you return to the SITE. You can set up your Web browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. You can also set your browser to turn off cookies. Please be advised that turning off cookies may prevent some parts of the SITE from working properly.

Some parts of the SITE may use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor the SITE to provide better customer service. These technologies may be in use on a number of pages across the SITE. When a visitor accesses these pages, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by the CORPORATION or by its suppliers. Web beacons usually function in conjunction with cookies. If you don't wish your cookie information to be associated with your visits to such Web pages, you can set up your browser to turn off cookies.

If you turn off cookies, Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and consequently, they are disregarded.

Certain Web transactions may involve you calling FVC or the CORPORATION calling you. Please be advised that it is FVC's general practice to monitor and in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes.

Certain companies help FVC deliver interactive online advertising such as banner ads. These companies may collect and use information about customers to help the CORPORATION better understand current offers, promotions, and types of advertising that are most appealing to FVC customers and consumers in general. After its collection, the information is aggregated in such manner that it is no longer identifiable to anyone. If, however, you would prefer that these companies not collect such information, please visit Network Advertising Initiative and follow the "opt-out" instructions.

On occasion, FVC may personalize and customize parts of the SITE for certain visitors. If you visit one of such areas, you may find it customized with references to products and/or services that FVC believes may be of interest to you based on your previous interactions with the CORPORATION and information you have provided previously. While you are visiting such parts of the SITE, FVC may collect information about your visit to better tailor the SITE to your interests for future. An invitation to visit a certain area of the SITE is usually presented as a personalized URL in an E-mail, a notice on a Web site registration page, or as a response when you log on to a certain part of the SITE.

If you choose to visit the SITE, you are agreeing to let FVC collect information about your visits and also to association of such information with other information about you and your relationship with FVC. If you do not wish your information to be used in this way, do not accept the invitation to visit such personalized parts of the SITE.

Please be advised that in certain circumstances, it is possible that personal information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders.

New technologies will increasingly help you have more control over your personal information and help organizations to manage their privacy practices more effectively. FVC supports development of and is committed to use of such privacy technologies in order to increase visitor confidence.

There are number of products and services available in the market which can assist you with the control of your personal and private information while navigating the Web. You may visit Online Privacy Alliance for an overview of many privacy-related tools. Please be advised that FVC neither had evaluated nor endorses any of these tools.

The SITE may contain hyperlinks to other Web sites. FVC is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other Web sites in any shape or form. Visitors of the SITE shall visit such other Web sites solely on their own personal discretions.

The CORPORATION hereby reserves its right to revise its Privacy Policy and any other legal notices from time to time and without any further notice in order to meet the needs of its customers, changing laws, and new technologies. Please review the CORPORATION's Privacy Policy and other legal notices frequently for any changes that may affect your visit to the SITE.

You may also use this E-mail address and/or webmaster@flexvantage.comto inform FVC of any information that you believe is incorrect and you would like the CORPORATION to correct it.
